Pharmacists worldwide have one shared goal: to better the health of those around them through the unique skills and knowledge that make them the medicines experts within healthcare circles. Dedicated to fostering the impact of pharmacists worldwide, the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) will bring thousands of practitioners and scientists together from all over the world during the biggest event in pharmacy history—the FIP Centennial Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. During this global forum for knowledge exchange and growth, pharmacists will be elevated to the level of healthcare leaders worldwide, initiating and implementing positive solutions to some of healthcare's most significant challenges, including those within hospital pharmacy practice.

The FIP Centennial Congress will be a turning point for the pharmacy profession and will precipitate a shift in action and philosophy that has been lingering on the edge of healthcare development for some time, but which FIP is now bringing to the full attention of global healthcare stakeholders. All present will appreciate the full potential of the practice and science of pharmacy, a potential that when fulfilled will change the functionality and economics of healthcare at a global level.
