I read with interest the work by Shaw et al entitled ‘First-line lorlatinib or crizotinib in advanced ALK-positive lung cancer’. The findings of this study are very inspiring for lung cancer treatment in Asian patients, especially those with brain metastases.1 I note that lorlatinib was found to be a very important treatment option in progression-free survival and overall survival rate.
